OVERVIEW
A landscaper’s dream. This property was a large, plain canvas that needed some sprucing up. With nothing but a flat backyard, the clients needed space for entertaining and handed the creative reigns over to us.
APPROACH
Looking to the seasons for some inspiration, we decided to use the pool as a centrepiece for the hotter months and a fire pit for entertaining when the temperature drops. Tailoring the space for adults, we were able to create a split area without the need for childproofing.
HIGHLIGHTS
For a smooth look, we created a custom curved spotted gum bench seat, complete with LED strip lighting. We installed a custom shower made from composite materials to complete the summer look. For the colder nights, we used natural stone to create the fire pit area and give it a rustic feel.
